As an SAP BODS Manager, you will lead comprehensive SAP data migration workstreams, taking ownership of solution design for complex scenarios including ECC to S/4HANA, cloud transitions, and carve-outs. You will serve as the primary technical liaison with clients, driving migration strategies, approaches, and cutover planning.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with functional leads and architects, interfacing with global delivery teams, reviewing migration designs, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. You will also contribute to presales activities by providing solutioning, effort estimations, and technical inputs for proposals.

We are seeking an experienced SAP BODS Manager with at least 7 years of dedicated experience in SAP data migration. A proven track record of successfully leading multiple end-to-end migration cycles is essential. You should possess expert-level knowledge of SAP BODS architecture, design, and performance optimization, including jobs, dataflows, and workflows.

Strong hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA data migration and SAP source/target systems is required. Familiarity with S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC/Fiori), IDOC/BAPI integrations via BODS, and advanced SQL skills for complex analysis will be highly valued. A functional understanding of SAP process areas and experience with BODS installation, configuration, and management console are also crucial.
