Lead comprehensive SAP data migration workstreams using SAP BODS, taking ownership of solution design for complex scenarios including ECC to S/4HANA, cloud migrations, and carve-outs. Serve as the main technical liaison for clients on data migration, driving strategy, approach, and cutover planning. Collaborate closely with functional leads, architects, and cross-functional teams, while also interfacing with onsite leads and global delivery teams. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving migration design documents, BODS architecture, and data validation strategies, proactively identifying and mitigating migration risks, and supporting presales activities with solutioning and estimations.

We seek a SAP BODS Manager with over 7 years of dedicated SAP data migration experience, demonstrating a proven history of leading multiple end-to-end migration cycles. Expert-level proficiency in SAP BODS architecture, design, and performance optimization is essential, alongside strong hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA migrations and SAP source/target systems. Familiarity with S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC) and IDOC/BAPI integrations using BODS is expected. Advanced SQL skills for complex data analysis and issue resolution, along with a functional understanding of SAP modules like Finance and Sales, are required. Experience in BODS installation, configuration, scheduling, and management console operations, including mock cycles and cutover execution, is also crucial. The ability to produce detailed migration strategies, technical architectures, and effort estimates is a key requirement.
