As a Senior Business Objects Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain SAP BO Universes and WebI reports. Your role will involve troubleshooting and optimizing report performance, ensuring data integrity, and producing basic data insights through SQL queries. You will implement change requests, support testing phases, and manage production releases. Collaboration with business analysts, architects, and global teams is key to delivering scalable, business-aligned solutions. Additionally, you will provide production support, reduce manual overhead, ensure audit compliance, draft technical specifications, and participate in peer reviews and Agile ceremonies.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BO 4.1 (IDT, UDT, WebI), ideally with exposure to Business Objects BI 2025. Expertise in Universe Designer, SQL/T-SQL, performance tuning, and report migration is essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools like Git is required. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to coach and mentor teams. Candidates should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to working with multiple stakeholders, including openness to working in the UK shift (10 AM to 9 PM IST).

Beneficial skills include experience with SAP Live Office, SAP BO CMC, cloud platforms (AWS), and the financial services domain. Knowledge of data blending, user security, and large-scale BI environments is advantageous, as is experience with QlikSense, Power BI, or Tableau.
