Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Business Data Cloud and analytics transformation programs. Define data architecture, solution roadmaps, and implementation strategies aligned with business goals. Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP data and analytics solutions. Oversee the design and implementation of data models, reporting, and planning solutions. Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources into the enterprise analytics landscape. Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and quality standards. Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgets, risks, and milestones. Mentor and develop team members. Support business development activities, proposal creation, and pre-sales engagements. Drive innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with global teams on complex transformation programs.

Demonstrate strong experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations in SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP HANA. Possess a deep understanding of enterprise data warehousing, data modelling, data integration, and analytics architectures. Have experience designing and implementing cloud-based analytics and reporting solutions. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams is essential. Strong stakeholder and executive management skills are required. Experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programs is necessary. Showcase strong consulting, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks is important. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are key. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight is crucial.
