We are seeking an experienced professional to lead SAP Basis and HANA initiatives. You will be instrumental in architecting complex SAP landscapes, managing implementations, and providing expert support. Your expertise will guide clients through their digital transformation journey.

As a SAP Solution Architect, you will design scalable SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, etc.) across various cloud environments. You will lead complex projects, including S/4HANA migrations, OS/DB upgrades, and cutover strategies. Additionally, you will drive presales activities, developing technical solutions and proposals, and lead Application Management Services (AMS) delivery for SAP Basis.

You will also mentor teams, manage escalations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives for SAP Basis and HANA operations. Your role involves defining technical roadmaps and ensuring adherence to technical standards and governance policies.

A minimum of 12 years in SAP Basis, with 5+ years in an Architect or Lead role, is essential, including proven presales experience. Candidates should have a strong technical command of SAP Basis, NetWeaver, S/4HANA, and HANA databases, with expertise in OS/DB migrations and cloud environments like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Demonstrated leadership in managing large technical teams and excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders are required. Experience with Tier-1 organizations and multiple SAP implementations, upgrades, or migrations is highly valued. Certifications in SAP Basis, S/4HANA, or cloud platforms are advantageous.
