Manage and maintain SAP Basis infrastructure, including ECC, PI, BW, APO, GATP, and BODS systems. Perform technical support for Traditional AMS Services, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Handle system upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and patch management. Configure and manage SAP system parameters, profiles, and transport management systems. Implement and monitor backup and recovery strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP Basis issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Provide support in multiple shifts, adapting to project requirements and client needs.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant SAP Basis experience. A graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is necessary. Must possess strong SAP Administration skills, including experience with Support Packages, Printer Configuration, and Solution Manager. Proficiency in managing ECC, PI, BW, APO, GATP, and BODS systems is essential. Experience with alert log cleaning, transport log management, RFC link maintenance, and system performance monitoring is required. Familiarity with backup procedures, CBO statistics, memory management, and license installation is crucial. Skills in configuring system logs, setting up logon groups, and printer installation are expected. Knowledge of profile generator, operation mode maintenance, and TMS management is mandatory. Experience with job scheduling, support packages, system profiles, client maintenance, SNOTE, DB13, DB12, and SCOT monitoring is highly beneficial. Understanding of database performance monitoring, extent growth, and Oracle parameter adjustments is advantageous.
