Join our senior team as a results-driven SAP professional, taking on the multifaceted role of SAP Basis/HANA Architect, Project/Implementation Lead, AMS Support Lead, and a key contributor in Presales activities. This position demands profound technical expertise in SAP Basis and SAP HANA/S/4HANA technologies, complemented by strong leadership, communication, and commercial insight to guide successful client engagements from inception through ongoing operations.

Architect SAP landscapes across on-premises and cloud environments, providing expert guidance on HANA administration, high-availability, and disaster recovery. Lead complex SAP projects, including S/4HANA conversions, migrations, and upgrades, while developing detailed cutover strategies. Drive presales efforts by designing competitive technical solutions and developing comprehensive sizing and TCO/ROI models. Lead Application Management Services (AMS) delivery, serving as a top-tier escalation point and fostering continuous improvement and team mentorship.

This role requires a minimum of 12 years of SAP Basis experience, with at least 5 years in an Architect or Lead capacity, including demonstrable presales experience. Candidates should have experience in a Tier-1 organization with multiple implementations and upgrades/migrations. Essential technical skills include deep expertise in SAP Basis, NetWeaver, S/4HANA, HANA, and various database administration (Oracle, MSSQL). Proven experience in leading SAP OS/DB migrations, S/4HANA conversions, and major system upgrades is crucial. A strong understanding of running SAP on major Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) or in a RISE with SAP context is required. Demonstrated leadership of large, distributed technical teams and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
