This position requires flexibility to work in multiple shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and nights, which may rotate based on project demands. A strong command of English is essential for effective collaboration with international teams and clients.

Key responsibilities include providing SAP Basis technical support for traditional AMS services. You will be involved in support projects, OS/DB migrations, and upgrades. The role also encompasses handling various SAP systems such as ECC, PI, BW, APO, GATP, and BODS.

Daily tasks involve managing system performance, executing backups, maintaining RFC connections, and handling transport logs. You will also be responsible for installing SAP licenses, configuring system logs, setting up logon groups, and managing printers. Further duties include maintaining operation modes, managing the Transport Management System (TMS), scheduling jobs, and applying support packages and add-ons. Printer configurations and monitoring SCOT are also part of the core duties.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Basis is required. A graduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is also necessary. Essential technical skills include SAP Administration, Support Packages, Printer Configuration, BEx Installation, and Solution Manager.

Proficiency in supporting ECC, PI, BW, APO, GATP, and BODS systems is mandatory. Familiarity with Azure, Cloud, Sybase, and MAXDB databases is advantageous. SAP Basis certifications are preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain a strong client service attitude. Candidates must be able to perform general office duties and potentially travel for projects.
