This SAP BASIS role involves providing essential technical support for traditional AMS services. Key responsibilities include managing SAP Basis activities such as: - Acknowledging and cleaning alert logs. - Cleaning and archiving transport logs and import queues. - Maintaining RFC links and monitoring system performance. - Performing SAP-level backups and backing up systems. - Checking and creating CBO statistics, and searching for missing indexes. - Managing memory and external memory resources. - Installing SAP licenses and configuring system logs. - Setting up logon groups and installing printers. - Sending system messages and managing profiles. - Handling the Transport Management System (TMS) and scheduling jobs. - Applying support packages and managing system profiles. - Performing client maintenance and utilizing SNOTE for note application. - Monitoring SCOT and DB13/DB12 for backups. - Optimizing database performance and managing CBO statistics.

Candidates for this SAP BASIS position should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and hold a graduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Essential skills include SAP Administration, experience with Support Packages, Printer Configuration, and Solution Manager. The role requires supporting ECC, PI, BW, APO, GATP, and BODS systems. Familiarity with Azure, cloud technologies, Sybase, and MAXDB databases is advantageous. Preferred candidates will have SAP Basis certifications. Additionally, strong communication skills are vital, along with the ability to work in rotating shifts (6 AM - 2 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, or 10 PM - 6 AM) based on project needs.
