Join EY's global Supply Chain Services team as a SAP Ariba Transformation Source to Settle Enablement Testing Specialist. This role is crucial in scaling next-generation digital solutions, with SAP/Ariba at the core of our S2P transformation. You will define, plan, and manage testing for business transformation initiatives, ensuring all requirements are met before deployment. Contribute to a better working world by enhancing quality outcomes and reducing business risk within our S2P lifecycle.

Manage end-to-end testing for transformation initiatives, encompassing test planning, design, execution, defect management, and user acceptance testing.

Coordinate comprehensive testing across various phases, including SIT, functional, end-to-end, regression, UAT, and security access.

Develop detailed test scenarios and scripts aligned with business objectives and expected outcomes.

Monitor testing progress, identify and resolve blockers, and manage defects using approved tools, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.

Collaborate closely with business users, Finance, and SCS/S2SE teams to facilitate UAT activities and ensure successful sign-off.

Produce clear status reports and dashboards for leadership, detailing progress, defects, risks, and go-live readiness.

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field is required.

Possess at least 3 years of experience in software/application testing for transformation or enterprise application programs.

Demonstrate 3+ years of experience leading testing activities for large-scale transformation programs, including planning, execution, defect management, and UAT coordination.

Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams in onshore and offshore delivery models is essential.

Exhibit strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and change leadership capabilities.
