The EY GDS team is seeking a driven and independent SAP Ariba Manager to lead the functional and SAP Ariba aspects of Procurement, Strategic Sourcing Suite, and Supplier Risk Management. This role involves implementing key modules and requires expertise in SAP Ariba Implementation, presenting a significant opportunity for career growth within a leading firm.

Engage with extended teams and clients to deliver impactful supply chain transformation projects. Key responsibilities include: - Delivering Ariba engagements for diverse clients as part of a global consulting team. - Contributing to knowledge development and the creation of assets and solutions. - Supporting sales enablement through RFP responses and demonstrations. - Configuring and customizing SAP Ariba, including workflow creation. - Performing system integrations and process automation. - Utilizing SAP Ariba APIs and conducting system and integration testing with real and sample data. - Analyzing user stories and internal procedures to enhance system capabilities, automate workflows, and resolve scheduling limitations across SAP Ariba releases.

We are looking for professionals with a B.E. or MBA from Tier-1 institutes, possessing 8-12 years of SAP Ariba Implementation experience.

Essential qualifications include: - Expertise across Source to Contract, Procurement to Pay, and SIPM/SLP/Supplier RISK modules. - Exposure to s/4H/ECC. - A minimum of 3-4 end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation experiences. - Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills for both project and sustainment activities. - Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. - A service-oriented approach with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. - The capacity to work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and maintain focus. - Consulting firm experience and global exposure are highly desirable.

Additionally, a college degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or equivalent job experience is required, with approximately 5-8 years in a development role showcasing progressively complex responsibilities. Experience with SDLC or SAP Activate methodology, along with knowledge of SAP Ariba's latest releases and functionalities, is considered ideal.
