Seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Consultant with 5-10 years of expertise to join our team. This role focuses on providing in-depth functional support and configuration for SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring seamless Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of various SAP Ariba modules and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex procurement challenges. You will play a crucial part in enhancing system functionality and ensuring operational efficiency.

Provide expert functional support and configuration for SAP Ariba, focusing on end-to-end S2P and P2P processes.

Manage and support key Ariba modules including Buying & Invoicing, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), and Guided Buying.

Facilitate supplier onboarding, registration, qualification, and ongoing supplier management.

Troubleshoot procurement transactions, analyze integration failures, and perform root-cause analysis for production incidents.

Collaborate with technical and integration teams to prepare functional specifications and support testing phases (unit, regression, integration, UAT).

Maintain essential documentation, including SOPs, functional specifications, RCA documents, and knowledge articles, ensuring SLA compliance.

Demonstrate significant hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and a strong grasp of S2P/P2P procurement processes.

Possess practical experience with Ariba Buying & Invoicing and/or Sourcing modules, along with a solid understanding of SAP Ariba integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.

Familiarity with CIG / SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and procurement master/transactional data is essential.

Candidates should exhibit excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with prior experience in AMS L2/L3 support or implementation projects being highly valued.
