Lead and mentor a team of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions.

Architect and deploy scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystems aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions, fostering strong business partnerships.

Cultivate a team environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Drive ongoing improvements in SAP operations efficiency and effectiveness, staying current with the latest SAP technologies and trends.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bring a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP ERP implementation and SAP S/4 HANA development, including ABAP.

Demonstrate prior experience with SAP Finance Domain or SAP FICO implementations.

Show proficiency in SAP coding, including advanced ABAP object-oriented programming, oData, Restful ABAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, CDS, Dialog programming, enhancements (user exits, BADI, BAPI), and interfaces (IDOCs, RFCs, web services).

A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, alongside domain understanding of extended workforce management, SAP FI, or finance solutions. Strategic thinking to anticipate and resolve technical and organizational obstacles is highly valued.
