We are looking for an experienced SAP Applications Engineering Manager to lead our engineering efforts. You will be instrumental in shaping our SAP strategy and ensuring its seamless integration with broader business systems. Guide and mentor a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions. Design and implement robust, scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystems that align with company business requirements and objectives.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field is required, or equivalent practical experience. We require 12 years of experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and SAP S/4 HANA development, including Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).

Demonstrated experience in SAP Finance Domain or SAP FICO implementation is essential. You should possess strong skills in writing SAP code, including advanced ABAP object-oriented programming, oData, Restful ABAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, CDS, Dialog (transaction) programming, enhancements (user exits, BADI, BAPI), and interfaces (IDOCS, remote function calls, web services).

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Domain understanding of extended workforce management, SAP FI, or related finance solutions is beneficial. An understanding of cross-functional and integrated business processes within SAP modules, including integrations with extended business systems, is highly desirable.
