Seeking an accomplished SAP ABAP Consultant with over 12 years of extensive experience in technical development and customization within SAP environments. This role is crucial for delivering robust ABAP solutions, supporting SAP implementations, and significantly enhancing system functionality to meet business needs.

Key duties include designing, developing, testing, and deploying various ABAP objects such as programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW). Collaboration with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications is essential. You will develop and enhance objects using advanced technologies like ALV, BADI, BAPI, User Exits, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms, while also supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and system migrations. This position requires optimizing existing code for performance and scalability, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, APIs) with external systems, all while ensuring adherence to coding standards and documentation practices. Mentoring junior developers through code reviews is also a part of this role.

A minimum of 12 years of dedicated SAP ABAP development experience is mandatory. Strong expertise in core ABAP programming and object-oriented ABAP (OOABAP) is vital. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA (including CDS Views and AMDP) is required. Knowledge of integration technologies such as IDocs, Web Services, and APIs is necessary. Familiarity with core SAP modules like SD, MM, FICO, or PP is expected.
