Architect end-to-end SAP solutions, strictly adhering to Clean Core principles and eliminating technical debt. Drive a zero-modification policy for the core system, redirecting custom requirements to SAP BTP for side-by-side extensions. Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, aligning business processes with SAP Best Practices and Industry Cloud Editions. Design and implement seamless integrations between S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and third-party SaaS solutions utilizing SAP Integration Suite.

Serve as the Technical Authority on the Architecture Review Board, validating all custom extensions for BTP compliance. Integrate Business AI and embedded analytics to enhance automated decision-making within the ERP core. Demonstrate hands-on technical mastery in areas such as CDS, CFL, CBO, RAP, Event Mesh, and OData-based Adobe Forms.

A minimum of 12 years in the SAP ecosystem is required, with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations or conversions. Architectural expertise in S/4HANA 2023+ (Greenfield/Brownfield) and RISE with SAP is essential. Candidates must possess expert-level cross-functional knowledge across multiple SAP core modules and hold SAP Certified Professional – Solution Architect (S/4HANA & SAP BTP) certification. Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, including S/4HANA (Public/Private), SAP HANA Database, and RISE with SAP on Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or GCP), is expected.

Mastery of methodologies like SAP Activate (Agile) and SAP Signavio (Process Transformation) is crucial. Strong leadership in UX and extensions, including SAP Fiori, RAP, and CAP, alongside integration strategy using SAP Integration Suite and Event-Driven Architecture, is vital.
