Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP applications utilizing ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), CDS Views, and SAP S/4HANA/BTP. Architect scalable, cloud-ready solutions and integrations, leveraging OData services, REST APIs, and SAP BTP. Mentor a team of ABAP developers, ensuring adherence to RAP, clean core principles, performance, and quality standards through rigorous code reviews.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and solution architects to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions. Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, encompassing solution design, development, comprehensive testing, seamless deployment, thorough documentation, and essential post-go-live support.

A minimum of 9 years of extensive experience in SAP ABAP development is essential, with a strong focus on RAP, modern ABAP frameworks, and SAP S/4HANA environments. Demonstrable expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, VDM concepts, SQLScript, HANA optimization, and API/OData development is required.

Proven leadership capabilities in managing development teams, driving technical excellence, ensuring timely project delivery, and effectively mentoring junior developers are critical. A solid understanding of the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA modules, IDocs, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, ALV, SmartForms, and various integration technologies, is expected. SAP certifications in ABAP, S/4HANA, RAP, or related development areas are considered advantageous.
