Lead the technical design, development, implementation, and support of SAP ABAP ECC solutions across various SAP modules. You will be responsible for managing and delivering RICEFW objects, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices. Collaboration with business users, functional consultants, and stakeholders is key to gathering requirements and delivering effective technical solutions. This role also involves leading ABAP development teams, conducting code reviews, upholding quality standards, and mentoring junior developers. Driving project planning, effort estimation, risk management, performance optimization, and production support are integral parts of this position.

A seasoned SAP consultant with over 10 years of experience, demonstrating strong expertise in SAP ABAP ECC development and technical leadership. Proficiency in a wide range of ABAP technologies is essential, including OOABAP, ALV Reports, BAPIs, BDC, IDocs, RFCs, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, BADIs, and User Exits. Extensive experience with SAP ECC modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, and HR integrations is required. Proven success in leading SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and AMS support projects for global clients is a must. Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, client-facing consulting, and SAP solution architecture skills are also crucial.
