As an SAP ABAP Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP solutions. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting RICEF objects, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

You will also be involved in developing and enhancing CDS Views, OData Services, Fiori applications, and HANA-based developments. Collaboration with functional and technical teams, managing technical specifications, and supporting S/4HANA upgrades are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will handle transports, releases, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and provide post-go-live support.

Candidates must possess 7-8 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience with strong expertise in ABAP/OOABAP, CDS Views, SAP Fiori, OData, IDOCs, RFC, BAPI, ALE/EDI, Adobe Forms, SmartForms, and HANA Native Development.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades, including SPDD/SPAU adjustments, OSS Notes, and SAP ChaRM, is essential. Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills are required. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are a must. This role requires flexibility to work in the CET shift, and candidates must be based in India.
