Lead end-to-end SAP ABAP ECC technical design, development, and implementation. Manage RICEFW objects, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices. Collaborate closely with business users and functional consultants to deliver effective technical solutions.

Mentor and guide ABAP development teams, conduct thorough code reviews, and uphold stringent quality standards. Drive project planning, accurate effort estimation, proactive risk management, and performance optimization. Provide essential production support.

A minimum of 10 years of SAP consulting experience is essential, with profound expertise in SAP ABAP ECC development and technical leadership. Proficiency in OOABAP, ALV Reports, BAPIs, BDC, IDocs, RFCs, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, BADIs, and User Exits is required.

Extensive experience across SAP ECC modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, and HR integrations is crucial. A proven history of successfully leading SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and AMS support projects for global clients is a strong indicator of success. Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, client-facing consulting, and SAP solution architecture capabilities are expected.
