Troubleshoot workflow issues, provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC, and perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents. Handle service requests, deliver enhancements, and manage transport deployments. Collaborate with business and technical teams, prepare documentation, and participate in on-call support. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and utilize monitoring and ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira. Support various testing phases, including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT, and be prepared to work in shifts for regional support.

Proficiency in SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, OData Services, SAP Gateway, and Workflow development/troubleshooting is essential. Experience with UI5 application support and backend integration is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed for incident resolution and root cause analysis. Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes and tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira is crucial. Ability to support testing activities (UT, SIT, UAT) and work in rotating shifts is necessary.
