You will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting critical SAP ABAP programs and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across various SAP modules.

Design, develop, and support SAP ABAP programs, including reports, ALV reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Develop and maintain BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, Enhancement Framework, and RFCs. Troubleshoot IDoc/ALE-based interfaces and work with Smart Forms, SAPscript, and Adobe Forms. Analyze functional specifications, prepare technical designs, and perform debugging for complex SAP application issues. Collaborate with functional consultants across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and other SAP modules. Support integrations between SAP and external applications, conduct code reviews, and optimize performance. Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests within agreed SLAs. Perform unit testing and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployments. Prepare technical specifications, test evidence, RCA documents, and support documentation.

This position requires a strong foundation in SAP ABAP, including extensive experience with Reports, ALV, Data Dictionary, Function Modules, and ABAP Objects (OO ABAP). Proficiency in BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Customer Exits, and Enhancement Framework is essential. Experience with IDoc/ALE, RFC, and interface development, alongside knowledge of Smart Forms, SAPscript, and/or Adobe Forms, is mandatory. Candidates must possess strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with experience in ABAP performance analysis and optimization. A good understanding of SAP functional processes and cross-module integration is required, along with experience in AMS L2/L3 support or implementation projects.

For candidates with S/4HANA experience, knowledge of BAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, SAP Gateway, Fiori backend development, code pushdown, HANA optimization concepts, S/4HANA custom-code remediation, and simplification is highly valued. Experience with the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP) is preferred.
