This role focuses on leveraging Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) to deliver specialized CRM solutions. You will collaborate with diverse teams to implement Quote-to-Order, CPQ, and Order Management processes with efficient Vlocity utilization.

Design, configure, and implement Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions, adhering to best practices and utilizing out-of-the-box components.

Engage with Vlocity CPQ/EPC, Quote-to-Order, MACD, and Policy Management processes to build scalable enterprise CRM systems.

Analyze systems and design solutions that translate business needs into technical specifications and implementation plans.

Contribute to requirement estimation, user story creation, and agile delivery cycles.

Document both business and technical designs for CRM, CPQ, and Order Management applications.

Understand and apply front-end technologies like JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS for UI configuration and troubleshooting.

Implement and consume integrations using REST APIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, leading technical discussions and walkthroughs.

Communicate effectively through professional correspondence, documentation, and presentations.

A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Vlocity Developer is required.

Demonstrated expertise in industry-specific CRM architectures, particularly within the telecom, media, energy, and utilities sectors.

Proficiency in designing, configuring, and implementing Vlocity solutions using standard components and best practices.

Experience working with Vlocity CPQ/EPC, Quote-to-Order, MACD, and Policy Management processes.

Solid understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS is essential.

Proven ability to implement and consume REST APIs; prior experience with SOAP APIs is advantageous.

Strong collaboration and communication skills are vital for working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
