This role focuses on enhancing the quality of our Salesforce applications through robust automation testing strategies. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality releases and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Automate end-to-end business processes, covering UI, integrations, APIs, and backend validations. Execute various test types such as functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.

Validate core Salesforce functionalities, including objects, Lightning components, Flows, and security settings. Perform API testing using industry-standard tools and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Analyze test failures, collaborate with development teams for timely resolutions, and maintain comprehensive test documentation. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy.

A seasoned Automation QA Engineer with extensive experience in software testing and a strong background in Salesforce applications is required.

Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Copado Robotic Testing is essential, alongside experience in scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. You should have hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Solid understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing principles, coupled with experience in test management and defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong analytical skills are vital for success in this role.
