Drive development, testing, implementation, and documentation within the Salesforce.com platform. Develop and maintain cutting-edge solutions including Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, Apex code, and seamless integrations with third-party systems. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and act as the first escalation point for daily service issues alongside the Project Manager. Prepare, review, and execute test scripts, ensuring thorough unit testing of all changes. Provide essential training, support, and leadership to the broader project team. Craft Apex classes and Visualforce pages adhering to Salesforce.com's recommended development standards. Develop Apex test classes, maintaining a minimum of 90% code coverage to validate all functionalities and bulk operations.

Possess at least 3 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting capacity, including a minimum of 5 completed projects in a development role. Hold a Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification and a Sales or Service Cloud Certification. Demonstrate 3+ years of experience developing custom business logic using APEX, writing robust test classes, and creating Lightning Web Components/Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, and Triggers. Gain at least 2 years of hands-on experience with SFDC development, focusing on custom business logic in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages, and Triggers. Acquire 6+ months of knowledge and practical usage in areas such as APIs, SFDC Integration, Web Services (REST API/SOAP), DevOps processes and CI/CD toolsets, Sharing and Data visibility mechanisms (Role hierarchy, user management, profiles), and various asynchronous coding techniques. Experience developing Flows is also required.
