As a Salesforce Senior Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components. Key responsibilities include defining application architecture, leading the development of reusable components, and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations. You will also define integration strategies using Salesforce REST APIs, establish development standards, and ensure adherence to quality and platform guidelines. Mentoring team members and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end solution delivery will be crucial.

This role requires 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with mandatory skills in Apex Coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Frontend Fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). A strong understanding of OOPS Concepts, REST APIs for Salesforce Integrations, and Salesforce Sales Cloud is essential. Experience in Service Cloud implementations and behavioral competencies such as strong ownership, effective collaboration, analytical thinking, and clear communication are highly valued.
