As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications. Design, develop, test, and deploy intricate Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, and extensive configuration. Analyze functional requirements to craft detailed technical solutions. Build reusable and scalable LWCs, Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes. Configure and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events. Manage Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, validation rules, and security settings. Engage in technical design discussions, provide recommendations, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards. Mentor junior developers and resolve complex application and integration issues.

Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices for governor limits, secure coding, scalability, and performance optimization. Develop comprehensive unit tests for high code coverage. Support SIT, UAT, release management, and hypercare activities. Contribute to sprint planning and technical task breakdown. Identify and mitigate technical risks in collaboration with the Tech Lead. Support CI/CD and DevOps processes across Salesforce environments. Collaborate effectively within an Agile framework with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

A strong foundation in the Salesforce Platform and its ecosystem is essential. Significant development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Triggers, and various Apex types (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled) is required. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and automation is a must.

Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components like OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards is necessary. A deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security framework, sharing rules, and governor limits is crucial. Experience designing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs, along with various integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven), is important. Familiarity with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Named Credentials, OAuth, and API security is expected.

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Salesforce Industry solutions is beneficial. A solid grasp of the Salesforce development lifecycle, deployment processes, and DevOps tools such as Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, or Gearset is required. Strong software engineering practices, including coding standards, unit testing, code reviews, exception handling, logging, and version control, are vital. The ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams are key. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also necessary.
