We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to enhance our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement sophisticated Salesforce solutions, actively participate in technical design, and guide junior developers towards high-quality outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Salesforce Tech Lead, architects, business analysts, QA professionals, and fellow developers. Your work will focus on translating complex requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient Salesforce solutions, driving innovation and client success.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying intricate Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, and standard configuration. You will independently analyze functional requirements, translating them into detailed technical designs and reusable components.

Responsibilities also involve developing and maintaining integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other patterns. Configuring core Salesforce capabilities, participating in technical design discussions, and conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards are essential. You will mentor junior developers, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure code quality through robust unit testing and performance optimization.

Supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare phases, alongside contributing to agile ceremonies like sprint planning and backlog refinement, are vital. You will also work closely with the Tech Lead on risk identification and support CI/CD and DevOps processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, QA, product owners, and stakeholders in an Agile environment is expected.

We are looking for a candidate with substantial hands-on experience in the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including deep development expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Triggers. Proficiency in various Apex types (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled) and general Salesforce configuration and automation is required.

Demonstrated experience with Salesforce OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards) is essential. A strong grasp of the Salesforce data model, security framework, sharing rules, and governor limits is necessary, along with experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and understanding various integration patterns.

Familiarity with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Named Credentials, OAuth, and API security is important. Experience with specific Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) or Industry solutions is a plus. Knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle, deployment processes, and DevOps tools like Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD, Copado, or Gearset is expected.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, exception handling, logging, and version control. The ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and experience working within Agile/Scrum teams are crucial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also highly valued.
