We are currently searching for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This role is crucial for independently designing, developing, and delivering complex Salesforce solutions, contributing significantly to technical design, and mentoring junior developers. You will collaborate closely with the Salesforce Tech Lead, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and fellow developers to transform requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying intricate Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, and core Salesforce configuration. You will independently analyze functional requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications. Developing reusable and scalable LWC, Apex classes, triggers, and various asynchronous processes is a core part of this role. Additionally, you will design and configure OmniStudio solutions, build and maintain integrations using various Salesforce APIs and patterns, and configure Salesforce capabilities including objects, fields, validation rules, and security settings. You will actively participate in technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers. Troubleshooting complex application, integration, data, and performance issues is also expected, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and secure coding standards. Developing and maintaining unit tests, supporting SIT, UAT, and release activities, contributing to effort estimation and sprint planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment are also key functions.

Candidates must possess strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform, including extensive development in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Triggers. Proficiency in Apex batch, queueable, future, and scheduled jobs, along with robust Salesforce configuration and automation skills, is essential. Significant experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards, is required. A deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, sharing framework, and governor limits is necessary. Experience designing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs, alongside familiarity with various integration patterns, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and API security is crucial. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Salesforce Industry solutions is beneficial. A solid grasp of the Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment processes, coupled with experience in DevOps tools like Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, or Gearset, is expected. Strong software engineering practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and version control, are a must. The ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and experience in Agile/Scrum teams, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills, are vital. Senior-level expectations include owning the development of complex Salesforce components, converting functional requirements into technical solutions with minimal supervision, and contributing meaningfully to design discussions. Identifying and addressing performance, scalability, security, and maintainability concerns during development is key. Recommending appropriate technology choices, providing constructive code review feedback, mentoring junior developers, developing reusable components, and escalating technical risks are also critical aspects of this senior role.
