NTT DATA is seeking an innovative and passionate Salesforce Release Management professional with expertise in Copado to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in driving our Salesforce deployment lifecycle and ensuring seamless, efficient releases. This role focuses on managing Salesforce releases using Copado, overseeing the entire deployment process. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Copado pipelines, managing promotions and back-promotions, and orchestrating complex releases across multiple Salesforce organizations. Experience in resolving merge conflicts, managing metadata dependencies, and working with Git-based version control systems is crucial.

Key duties include configuring quality gates, automated testing, and deployment validations. You will also leverage Salesforce DX (SFDX) and DevOps Center for streamlined operations. Integrating Jira with Copado and ensuring strong stakeholder communication within Agile/Scrum frameworks are essential aspects of this position.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce Release Management, DevOps, or deployment is required. Specifically, a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Copado is essential. A strong understanding of the Salesforce deployment lifecycle and metadata management is expected. Familiarity with branching strategies such as Feature, Integration, UAT, and Production is necessary.

Candidates should possess knowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps best practices. Experience with multi-org Salesforce deployments and DevOps Center is advantageous. Holding a Copado Fundamentals, Copado Administrator, or Developer Certification, or a Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is highly desirable. A Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a plus.
