This role involves managing Salesforce releases and deployments, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Manage the Salesforce release management lifecycle, including the use of Copado for deployments.

Oversee promotions, back-promotions, and release orchestration within Copado pipelines.

Resolve merge conflicts and manage metadata dependencies effectively.

Implement and maintain branching strategies for various environments (Feature, Integration, UAT, Production).

Configure quality gates, automated testing, and deployment validations to ensure high standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate release activities in an Agile/Scrum setting.

A minimum of 4 years in Salesforce Release Management or DevOps is required.

Possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Copado.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Salesforce deployment lifecycle and metadata management.

Proficiency with Git-based version control systems and CI/CD concepts is essential.

Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), multi-org deployments, and integrating Jira with Copado is expected.

Copado Fundamentals, Copado Administrator/Developer, or Salesforce Administrator/Platform App Builder certifications are highly desirable.
