We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to enhance our testing capabilities. Develop and execute automated functional, regression, and end-to-end tests using Cypress and JavaScript/TypeScript. Design comprehensive test strategies, including test plans, data, and quality reporting. Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce Service Cloud, LWC, Flows, and Apex-driven features. Perform thorough testing of Einstein Bots, assessing conversation flows, intents, entities, and bot-to-agent handoffs. Validate Omni-Channel routing, digital engagement channels (web/in-app messaging, SMS, WhatsApp), and agent workflows. Create API and integration tests for various interfaces and downstream systems. Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates. Participate in agile ceremonies, defect triage, and production issue investigations. Document defects with clear evidence, assess impact, and support root-cause analysis.

Possess 5-7 years of software quality assurance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in test automation using Cypress. Exhibit proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and experience building maintainable automation frameworks. Demonstrate expertise in testing Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Lightning, Flows, Apex, and LWC. Show proven experience testing enterprise chatbots, virtual assistants, or conversational AI solutions like Einstein Bots. Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, ReadyAPI, or SoapUI. Strong understanding of test design techniques, risk-based testing, and defect management. Ability to communicate test risks and release recommendations effectively to stakeholders. Experience with CI/CD tools, source control (Git), and test management systems is advantageous.
