We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT project management, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem. This is an opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions and build lasting client relationships.

Lead the end-to-end management of Salesforce projects, from client discovery to post-implementation support.

Facilitate seamless collaboration between technical and functional teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

Oversee scrum/agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.

Prepare and present project status reports, burn reports, and change orders to stakeholders.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years dedicated to managing Salesforce projects.

Demonstrated expertise in the Salesforce platform and its product offerings is essential.

Possess a PMP certification or significant experience with agile methodologies. Strong understanding of risk management and project scheduling is required.

Excellent client-facing skills are paramount for building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
