As a Salesforce OMS Specialist, you will architect, deploy, and maintain comprehensive Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Key responsibilities include configuring Salesforce OMS solutions for complex business requirements, managing the entire order lifecycle from capture through returns, and maintaining core Order Objects and Orchestration Plans.

You will configure order routing rules for diverse fulfillment scenarios and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ERP systems, payment gateways, and logistics providers. Collaborating closely with business and integration teams is crucial to translate needs into scalable solutions and provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for OMS capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce OMS Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Order Management. A strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including inventory management, fulfillment, and payments, is essential.

Proficiency in configuring Salesforce OMS, managing order objects, and implementing orchestration plans is required. Experience with API integrations, particularly REST APIs, is necessary for ensuring reliable data flow between systems. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems, as well as payment gateways and shipping systems, is highly beneficial. Basic Apex development experience is a plus.
