Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) as a Salesforce Manager and drive end-to-end solution delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem. This leadership role requires extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, technical direction, and project management.

You will guide development teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. Contribute to a better working world by leveraging technology to deliver exceptional client service.

Lead the technical design and architecture for Salesforce solutions, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations. Define architecture patterns, coding standards, and best practices. Oversee the Salesforce project delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, managing risks, dependencies, and timelines. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering continuous learning and platform best practices. Act as the technical liaison between business teams and engineering, facilitating workshops and discussions.

Ensure high-quality documentation, drive improvements in DevOps and testing automation, and resolve production issues. Maintain compliance with Salesforce security and architectural guidelines. Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and solution demonstrations.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-15 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years leading Salesforce projects. Essential technical expertise includes Apex, LWC, Flows, Salesforce APIs, data modeling, and performance optimization. A strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, multi-org strategy, governor limits, and deployment processes is crucial.

Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is required. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are vital. Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect. Experience with CI/CD tools and integration platforms is a plus.
