We are seeking experienced Salesforce LWC Developers to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will represent the team in project meetings, collaborating closely with business analysts, functional analysts, and software solution architects to ensure system functionality aligns perfectly with business requirements. You will also play a crucial role in supervising, mentoring, and managing large teams of programmers across multiple projects, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Develop, test, and integrate Salesforce LWC applications and components. - Design, implement, and manage software solutions according to project specifications. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Collaborate with business analysts and architects to define system requirements. - Mentor and guide junior developers and manage team tasks effectively. - Maintain relevant Salesforce and programming tool certifications.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce LWC Developer. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its architecture. - Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with application development lifecycle, including testing and deployment. - Ability to represent the team in project discussions and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. - Experience in supervising and mentoring programming teams is a plus.
