Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce strategies and architectures for clients across diverse industries. You will oversee the integration of Salesforce solutions, including Data, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Experience clouds, with external systems using best practices.

Develop secure and scalable applications leveraging LWC, Apex, and Flow Builder. Advise clients on critical decisions such as build vs. buy, multi-org strategies, and DevOps practices. Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to understand business needs, present innovative solutions, and manage expectations effectively.

Drive business development efforts, generate new opportunities, and expand client relationships. Manage project teams, vendors, budgets, and timelines, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations. Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth through coaching and feedback. Contribute to BCG's knowledge base by creating thought leadership content.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 8 to 14 years of experience in IT Architecture, Technology Transformation, and Salesforce Architecture and Development.

Possession of Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications is essential. Demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex Salesforce solutions for at least 5-10 clients across target industries is a must, covering Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds.

Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external data platforms, ERP, CBS, LMS, analytical systems, messaging systems, and public cloud platforms is crucial. Experience working with Indian clients and a strong understanding of the CRM market and competitors are highly valued. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with the ability to travel as needed.
