Boston Consulting Group's Platinion division seeks a Lead IT Architect with Salesforce expertise to drive complex digital transformations. This role is instrumental in shaping client strategies and delivering cutting-edge solutions across various industries.

Lead the design and implementation of robust Salesforce strategies and architectures tailored to diverse client needs in sectors like Manufacturing and Financial Services. Oversee the deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds. Integrate Salesforce applications with external platforms, ensuring secure and scalable development using LWC, Apex, and Flow Builder.

Advise clients on strategic decisions such as build vs. buy and single-org vs. multi-org configurations. Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to understand business objectives, present impactful solutions, and manage expectations. Drive business development initiatives, expand client relationships, and manage project teams, budgets, and timelines to ensure high-quality delivery.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, coupled with 8 to 14 years of experience in IT Architecture, technology transformation, and Salesforce architecture and development. Possess Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications.

Demonstrated experience in leading complex Salesforce solutions for at least 5-10 clients across target industries is essential. Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external data platforms, ERP systems, CBS systems, and public cloud platforms is crucial. Strong understanding of the CRM market and excellent communication and presentation skills are expected. Ability to travel as needed.
