This role involves deep technical expertise in Salesforce, working on complex software development and support. You will collaborate closely with business and IT teams to understand data, requirements, and integrations, ensuring stable operations while building new functionalities and resolving issues.

Your primary focus will be leading Salesforce development and implementation projects, spanning the entire lifecycle from initial development to ongoing support. You'll be instrumental in understanding Salesforce CRM/PRM capabilities and limitations, translating user and stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications. This includes supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancements.

Key duties involve analyzing business and technical requirements, correcting programming errors, and adapting to scope changes. A strong understanding of APIs, security settings, and best practices for integrations is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

We seek a candidate with 6 to 8 years of comprehensive Salesforce development and implementation experience. A technical Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or a Master's degree is required, coupled with a minimum of 3 years and up to 8 years of relevant professional experience.

Essential skills include proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud/Sales Cloud, CRM/PRM modules, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, and Lightning components (Aura, LWC). Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various integration APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk) is crucial. Knowledge of GitHub is also expected. Desirable skills include experience with Omniscripts, MSSQL DB, NodeJS, managed packages, Einstein Analytics, and Community Cloud. Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I.
