Independently design and develop sophisticated Salesforce FSC solutions, including integrations and custom components. Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical designs and implement them using Apex, LWC, Flows, and OmniStudio.

Configure and extend core FSC capabilities such as Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, and Account-Contact Relationships. Develop reusable Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes. Build integrations with external financial systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns.

Provide technical guidance, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues and support all phases of the development lifecycle, from testing to production support and CI/CD activities.

Requires a strong background in Salesforce development, with at least 5-8 years of overall Salesforce experience, including 2-3 years focused on Financial Services Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Triggers is essential.

Demonstrated experience with FSC data models and business capabilities, including Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Households, and Interaction Summaries. Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) is also required.

Familiarity with Salesforce security models, governor limits, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture) is crucial. Experience with DevOps tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines, along with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, is expected. The ability to independently troubleshoot complex FSC issues is a key requirement.
