As a Salesforce Field Service Senior Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust Salesforce Field Service solutions. Your responsibilities will include configuring field service processes, supporting the end-to-end technician lifecycle, and optimizing scheduling and dispatch capabilities.

You will also develop reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) for Service Cloud, build responsive user interfaces, integrate LWC with Apex services, and implement comprehensive error handling and security controls. This role involves troubleshooting automation failures and applying declarative versus programmatic development principles.

We are looking for a candidate with 5-6 years of IT/CRM experience, demonstrating strong expertise in Salesforce development, specifically in Salesforce Field Service and Sales Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and Field Service Mobile is essential.

A solid understanding of standard Salesforce functionality across Sales, Service, and Marketing, along with FSL configurations, is required. Familiarity with general CRM functionalities and Force.com capabilities is also important. While not mandatory, preferred Salesforce certifications include Field Service Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, and Administrator.
