NTT DATA seeks dynamic Salesforce Field Service Developers to join our growing team in Hyderabad, India. We are looking for innovative individuals passionate about technology and eager to contribute to an adaptive and forward-thinking organization.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals ready to design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce Field Service solutions. You will be instrumental in enhancing our clients' field service operations.

Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions. You will craft solutions supporting the entire field technician lifecycle, from work order creation to scheduling, execution, and completion.

This involves configuring scheduling and dispatch capabilities, troubleshooting issues, and developing reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will also implement sophisticated business processes using Flow and Apex, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to best practices for integrations, security, and data models.

We are seeking candidates with 4-5 years of overall IT/CRM experience, demonstrating strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, specifically with Salesforce Field Service and Sales Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and understanding of Field Service Mobile, Work Orders, and Service Appointments are essential.

Familiarity with general CRM functionalities, particularly FSL configurations, is required. While not mandatory, preferred Salesforce certifications in Field Service, Platform Developer, Service Cloud, Platform App Builder, or Administrator are highly valued.
