This role centers on owning the end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-scale Salesforce Field Service implementations. You will be instrumental in designing solutions covering work order management, scheduling and optimization, dispatching, and mobile workforce enablement.

Key responsibilities include defining architecture standards, developing reusable components, and leading technical teams through the full project lifecycle from build to deployment. You will also conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise Salesforce strategies and best practices.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Architect with a minimum of 8 years in IT/CRM, including at least 6 years dedicated to enterprise-level Salesforce.com/Force.com projects. Expertise in Apex Programming, Force.com capabilities, and Salesforce standard functionality (Sales, Services, FSL) is essential.

Proven experience designing and managing solutions on the Force.com platform, including integrations with existing systems, is required. A strong understanding of field service operations, the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and experience with custom UI development using Visualforce and Apex are critical. Familiarity with development and support project lifecycles, including writing test classes, is also necessary.
