Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and testing Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows. You will support and enhance existing applications, implement complex integrations via REST APIs and Platform Events, and collaborate closely with business and technical teams. Key tasks also involve leading technical design discussions, applying DevSecOps practices for continuous integration and delivery, and troubleshooting production issues. You will create comprehensive technical documentation and mentor junior developers through code reviews, promoting engineering excellence.

Candidates should possess advanced hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Flows, including triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs. A strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security controls, and enterprise integration patterns is essential. Experience with Salesforce DX, DevOps tools like Azure DevOps or Gearset, and integrating Salesforce with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS is required. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is necessary. Minimum of five years of direct Salesforce development experience is expected.
