Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform tools. Configure and enhance Salesforce features including Flows, Validation Rules, and Custom Objects. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.

Optimize application performance, SOQL/SOSL queries, and ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits. Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi. Manage data migration, implement Bulk API processing, and ensure data quality and error handling.

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience is required. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations is essential. Familiarity with platform customization, including Flows and custom objects, is expected.

Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi is crucial. Candidates should be adept at optimizing application performance and adhering to Salesforce development best practices. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Administrator certifications are required.
