As a Salesforce Developer II, you will be instrumental in defining strategic system roadmaps and influencing stakeholders. Your expertise will be key in creating scalable solutions to support global operations and drive measurable business impact.
Amazon Advertising helps customers discover products through personalized recommendations. Our sales teams partner with brands, supported by the Sales & Partner Enablement (SPE) organization. Salesforce is central to our sales technology, enhancing the customer journey from lead generation to campaign execution.
Proactively identify automation opportunities for repetitive tasks and optimize back-end processes with robust, scalable code. Develop custom user experiences to streamline business operations and create a world-class component library for administrators.
Collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations and design new features for global initiatives. Gather requirements, consult on solutions, and implement new feature sets independently or in partnership with Product Managers.
Contribute technical expertise to launch global-scale features in Salesforce and support AWS technologies as part of the broader Sales Technology roadmap.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. You should have proven experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce Lightning applications using core platform tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning App Builder is essential. Proficiency with APIs, technical integrations, and designing/deploying business software at scale is also a must.
Experience working within agile development methodologies is required. Preferred qualifications include cross-functional team collaboration, Salesforce Platform Developer certification, 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, and expertise in Salesforce, AWS, and modern cloud integration architectures.
