This role involves architecting and building advanced enterprise solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, requiring deep technical expertise and a proven track record of delivering solutions that drive significant business impact.
As a key member of our team, you will define strategic system roadmaps, influence stakeholders, and design scalable solutions to support global operations. Amazon Advertising empowers millions of customers through personalized recommendations and partners with brands to enhance their presence on our platforms, with the Sales & Partner Enablement (SPE) organization providing essential support. Salesforce is central to our sales technology stack, integrated with our proprietary applications to optimize the customer journey from lead generation to campaign execution, allowing our sales teams to focus on strategic partnerships and growth.
Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and streamline backend processes, adhering to established coding standards and best practices. Develop intuitive user experiences that simplify business operations and contribute to a component library for scalable feature delivery by Administrators. Collaborate with software development teams to build robust integrations and support the design and implementation of new features.
Work closely with senior developers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement features. Build foundational technical skills in Salesforce development and cultivate teamwork capabilities for successful feature launches. Gain exposure to AWS technologies alongside the Salesforce platform through mentorship from senior team members.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce development is required. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with APIs and technical integrations, along with a solid background in designing, developing, and deploying business software at scale. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is also essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with CI/CD pipelines and build processes, as well as 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
