As a Salesforce Developer, you will be instrumental in the complex software development and support lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with business and IT teams to understand data, gather requirements, and manage integrations. Key responsibilities include ensuring stable operations, fixing bugs, and developing new capabilities within Salesforce applications. You will also analyze detailed business and technical specifications, support testing and deployment, and implement application enhancements.

We require a Salesforce Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SFDC development and implementation. A strong understanding of Salesforce CRM/PRM application capabilities and limitations is essential. The ideal candidate can identify and gather user requirements, analyze specifications, and support application testing, deployment, and maintenance. Proficiency in APIs, security settings, and strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary. A technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or a Master's degree with 3-8 years of relevant experience is expected.
