Join Amazon's International Seller Growth (ISG) team as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator, driving optimization for our global seller operations. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining the core technical infrastructure that empowers millions of sellers to thrive on Amazon's global marketplace. This position offers a unique blend of technical expertise and customer-facing support.

As a Salesforce Developer & Admin, you'll oversee daily operations and maintenance of Salesforce and AWS systems, providing essential technical support for a smooth customer journey.

Key duties include: - Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving Salesforce and AWS issues. - Documenting root cause analyses, findings, and recommended solutions. - Proactively monitoring customer service areas for potential system impacts. - Configuring Salesforce customer accounts and settings. - Maintaining and enhancing existing Salesforce and AWS applications and processes. - Implementing application changes within Salesforce and AWS. - Developing requirements and specifications to meet customer needs. - Installing, configuring, and testing new applications, software, and hardware efficiently. - Creating and executing effective system maintenance plans. - Consulting with stakeholders on application performance, scalability, and usability. - Ensuring compliance with security protocols for Salesforce and AWS systems. - Resolving system problems efficiently.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by experience in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, .Net, or Java.

Preferred qualifications include cross-functional collaboration experience with both technical and non-technical teams. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are highly valued. Experience with Linux/RHEL is also an advantage.
