This role focuses on custom development and integrations, offering a dynamic opportunity to work across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud environments. You will be instrumental in shaping solutions from conception to deployment, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, user-friendly platforms.

Independently design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, and APIs. Build and maintain intuitive Lightning Web Components for enhanced user experiences. Develop and support solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, including case management and automation. Design scalable Salesforce data models and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries. Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Own solutions throughout their lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, specifically building Apex and LWC solutions. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is mandatory. Experience with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AI capabilities is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential for translating business requirements into technical solutions for non-technical audiences. Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL, Flow, API integrations, and the Salesforce security and sharing model is crucial.
